ZoNexus at M&M Virtual Meeting 2021

Please visit us at our virtual booth no 61 at the M&M Virtual Meeting 2021. We will be introducing Z-chips: MEMS devices for our in situ biasing holders and a revised version of the air-free transfer module for SEM/FIB.

ZoNexus awarded SBIR award by US DOE

ZoNexus LLC is awarded SBIR Phase 1 award by US Department of Energy to develop open-source control software for transmission electron microscopes. In this project, we will be developing python-based software for automated tilting of crystalline specimens, tilt series acquisition to support our continuous rotation tomography holder and 4DSTEM acquisition and analyisis. Members of the electron microscopy community are invited to collaborate and contribute in this open-source project.
