TEM holder for performing in situ biasing experiments at temperatures ranging from -170 C to room temperature.

SALIENT FEATURES

• 4 electrical connections, compatible with Z-chips

• Temperature sensor is located inside the sample cup, resulting in accurate temperature measurement and control

• Built-in heater allows experiments at intermediate temperatures

• Prototypes have been developed for Thermo Fisher and Hitachi TEMs
