TOMOGRAPHY HOLDER

Conventional tomography holder that utilizes the microscope's goniometer for tilt series acquisition.

,SALIENT FEATURES

• 70 degree alpha tilt in most TEMs.

• Detatchable tips, allowing transfer of samples prepared using FIB. Three types of tips are included: needle, half grid (for FIB samples) and 3.05 mm grid

• Custom configurations and materials for the tip availabe (for example beryllium tip for low background XEDS)

• Available for ThermoFisher/FEI microscopes, JEOL version coming soon
